Autumn Equinox 🍂

Today marks a magical moment in the wheel of the year, as we experience the perfect balance of light & dark.

I was encourage to take some time to pause & reflect on the significance of this day. The Autumn Equinox is not just a change in seasons; it's a powerful time for introspection, gratitude, and personal transformation.

As day & night stand in equilibrium, we're called to seek balance in our own lives & to turn inward, mirroring the Earth as it prepares for its period of rest and renewal.

A Season of Profound Personal Growth

Reflect on your personal harvests: Take time to acknowledge and celebrate your accomplishments, big and small. What seeds did you plant earlier this year that are now bearing fruit?

Express gratitude for abundance: Practice daily gratitude for the blessings in your life. This simple act can shift your perspective and open your heart to receive more goodness.

Release what no longer serves you: Just as trees shed their leaves, allow yourself to let go of outdated patterns, beliefs, or relationships that are holding you back from growth.
