Remember- 1: Never go out on your own, or without  a tow float. 2: Always tell someone where you are going and how long for.  3: Never go out out of your depth, comfort zone.  4: Always do your Risk Assessment if in doubt Remember The Sea will be there Tomorrow 😉 5: Never outstay your time - 1min to 1oc and then constantly check and head beck in to shore. 6: Once out, out of your wet and into your dry, hotdrink, hot water bottle, wooly hats, gloves and dry socks.  Remember it's your swim ENJOY 🥰
